Our Customer Service department ensures that we supply our growing number of international customers and partners with good quality true potato seeds, on time and according to agreement. To expand the team, we are looking for a:
Customer Service Assistant
(24-32 hours)
Are you accurate, customer-friendly, and do you enjoy working for an international company? Then this position may be the ideal job for you. You work within the Supply Chain team in the Customer Service department. You will work in a small team. Together with one other Customer Service employee, you will be responsible for planning and organizing true potato seed shipments around the world. In this role, you will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Key activities / responsibilities:
- Planning your own activities based on priority.
- Administration of orders in our ERP system.
- Requesting the correct documentation from various authorities.
- Communication towards customer or colleague.
- Coordination of the packaging order with the seed quality laboratory.
- Preparing shipments.
- Organizing shipping and ensuring that our potato seeds arrive to our customers and partners in perfect condition.
Requirements:
- Secondary vocational education working and thinking level, for example towards business administration, logistics, supply chain, commercial economics or similar.
- Both starters and experienced employees are very welcome.
- Communication skills.
- You work accurately and can work independently.
- Flexible working attitude, can switch quickly.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
